Mr. ALYAZIDI Start his word saying:
“Last year it was the first year working with HANMIX company, its run to fast I still remember when we sign the contract its looks like yesterday, we made a good partnership in Saudi Arabia and I didn’t thought that we will reach the goal that we planned for it in the beginning”.
About the understanding between ALYAZIDI & HANMIX on this plan he said:
“Today we will start the 1st Fifth year plan 2016-2020 in Saudi Arabia.
The understanding between ALYAZIDI and HANMIX on the Saudi Arabia plan make the plan possible, they know our market and all the challenges that we face and we know what they need from us, so we didn’t take more than 15min to agree on this plan”.
What is the goal from this plan?
“The plan is to achieve 500% increase in HANMIX sales and increase market share for the next 5 years, during that our profit will increase 10% to cover all the marketing costs, Its very fare for all of us”.
How ALYAZIDI will cover all HANMIX segments during this plan?
“In 2016 we will focus on OTR, LTR, TBR, IND, Tubes and Flaps segments and we will start the PCR plan in the beginning of 2017.
Agricultural business in not strong in Saudi Arabia so we will focus on the major demand sizes before the winter season.
Last year we start with OTR bias and follow it with OTR Radial, in the end of 2015 we add the TBR segment.
With this plan we will cover all the rings and we will separate the segment according to the customer service plans”.
What is the benefits for ALYAIZIDI from the technical training program?
“ALYAZIDI TRADING EST. already have technical team and we will make with HANMIX team training program for our customer so we can share our knowledge with our customer”.
“Technical program will help us to build the trust in HANMIX brand, we are sure after this plan we will get loyal customers for HANMIX brand”.
How the marketing and advertising plans will effect on your profit?
“Advertising plan will be cover from the profit, so there is no pressure on us for that, HANMIX will share with us part from the cost and we will make the advertising plan according to the improvements in sales and profit”.
